We authenticate users through Government ID based authentication, advanced facial recognition and video based approvals. This helps prevent under-18 access, reduces fake accounts and gives serious users more confidence in the platform.

No personal information beyond minimum account details such as date of birth, name and contact details is intended to be stored. Authentication and verification usage data is automatically deleted once verification is completed, unless a legal or safety obligation requires otherwise.

If a phone or account is lost, the platform is designed with account-level protection so private communication and assets remain guarded by access controls.
